A great summer grill recipe
1 poundLean Ground Turkey or Beef
4 ouncesFresh Chevre with Basil Pesto™
1⁄3 cupBread Crumbs
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat.
- Mix together ground meat, garlic, cheese, and breadcrumbs in a bowl until evenly blended. Form into 4 patties.
- Grill pesto burgers until no longer pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Sprinkle with salt and pepper halfway through cooking.
