Terms and Conditions of sale
We now accept credit cards and local checks. A $35 fee will be charged
for all returned checks.
The terms and conditions of sale and prices set forth in this catalog
supersede all previous terms and conditions. Availability is subject
to change without notice.
All of our plants are guaranteed to be true to name. We will be glad
to replace or issue full credit for plants proven to be incorrectly
represented. All such claims must be made within five days of receipt
of plants.
No claims will be allowed for shortages or errors unless reported within five days of receipt of goods. Please inspect your shipment immediately upon arrival.
Custom
Orders
We are happy to quote on your custom growing needs. Terms vary depending
on the number and variety of plants needed, the scheduled completion
date and the resale value of the order in the event of cancellation.
A non refundable deposit of one third the order value will be required.

Sizes
Container sizes vary from 1 qt to 7 gallon containers.
Shipping
Customer Pick Up at Yellow Springs Farm
We are always delighted when our customers pick up plants. We ask that
we have your order at least one week in advance so we can have your
entire order picked and waiting. Please call for pick-up or delivery
schedule.
Yellow Springs Farm Delivery
We will be happy to deliver container plant and fertilizer orders within a 50 mile radius at a rate of $1.25/mile roundtrip. The minimum delivery charge is $65. For large Ball and Burlap (1-3" caliper) trees and shrubs and locations beyond 50 mile radius, please call for delivery charge.
Delivery Option
Delivery options may include Yellow Springs Farm Truck or shipping
of bare root or potted plants via overnight UPS or other carriers
outside the 50 mile radius depending on size of plants, season and
customer preferences. We will do out best to meet your delivery needs
in a timely manner.
